An infrastructure change made at 1PM EDT 8/23 impacted the sending of in-app and email notifications. Yellowdig users did not receive notifications for posts created during the affected period. The issue was patched the following morning (8/24) at 8am. The Yellowdig development team is beginning investigation into making the notification pipeline more durable. No other Yellowdig functionality was impacted by this change
