Yellowdig Engage experienced an high frequency of LTI launch errors during a 30 minute period Sunday night (10/18). Our developers were notified of a high error rate in one of our services responsible for handling LTI launches. The root cause was identified to be a throughput capacity error in a database which caused the failure to cascade into other parts of system. Once identified the dev team restarted the service and added additional capacity to restore traffic
